Summary – Providing Geological Intelligence

CAR Geoscience provision of geological intelligence is a 21st Century solution to sustainably and inclusively develop undeveloped natural resource assets in the Central African Republic.

CAR Geoscience provision of geological intelligence has already facilitated the the National Mining Joint Venture taking 12 mining licenses.

4-year plan is in place to complete initial survey of entire country.

Geological Intelligence strategy means Natural resources will be mapped to recognised international standards enabling the resulting surveyed reserves to be included on the country’s balance sheet in accordance with international IFRS accounting standards.

CAR Geoscience has entered into a 25 year agreement which will see the continued use of geological intelligence to develop the countries natural resources, which includes the annual production of a report on the mapped resources and reserves of the Central African Republic.

For comparison , South Africa has approximately twice the land mass of CAR and currently produces $169.3 billion of minerals per annum.

The agreement is valid for 25 years with automatic extensions for 5-year periods whilst mines developed still have mine life.
